The Tron was a new concept bar for M&B, aimed to appeal to both the local student community and the vast amount of tourists that visit the city.

Being located within a World Heritage Site, we worked closely with the planning authority to come up with a modern yet sympathetic solution.

Externally the project was a successful blend of 3D effect sign written lettering and bespoke mural artwork. Internally we created quirky neons, craft brewery stories and built up steel letters.

A unique feature of this building is that the basement has access to secret tunnels underneath Edinburgh. We were asked to make mysterious hints to this 'secret below' in our signage scheme. Spooky!
